What time should I be there?
We offer two service times — 9:30 & 11 AM. During both of our services, we offer engaging, safe, fun children’s programs where they will learn about the Word of God and God’s love for them. If you have kids, we recommend coming 15 minutes early to allow for check in time and to grab a treat on the way in.
Where do I park?
There is no reserved parking so feel free to park anywhere that is open. Horizon has many spaces in front of and behind the building. Also, please feel free to park at neighboring business parking spaces (Horizon has parking agreements with our neighbors to the east and west of our campus). The lot to the east is a childcare office and to the west are dental and medical offices.
Where do I go?
Horizon is located at 2025 E. Prater Way Sparks, NV. As you enter our main doors into the lobby, feel free to grab some free pastries and coffee. Entrance to main auditorium opens 15 minutes before each Worship Experience.
Where do I sit?
There is no assigned seating or reserved spots, so please sit wherever you feel comfortable.
What’s service like?
You will find your time at Horizon to be encouraging, inspiring and even fun. From the music to the message, we believe that God has a purpose and a plan for each of us, and we have a good time time enjoying God and each other. A morning worship experience is typically 65-70 minutes.
What should I wear?
There is no dress code at Horizon… The vibe is casual and people wear anything from jeans, t-shirts, or even a snapback hat. Wear what is comfortable to you. No matter what you wear, we encourage you to come as you are. We want you here with us!
Do I have to give money?
We don’t ask anything from you as a visitor. You are our guest and we simply want you to be blessed by our service! But many also enjoy financially being a part of what God is doing in the city and world wide through Horizon.
What does the speaker talk about?
Our focus is Jesus and our manual is the Bible. Our goal is for you to leave encouraged and knowing that God is good and He’s in a good mood. We want you to know that through Jesus, you can live a victorious life no matter your current situation. Every week you will hear a message that pertains to your life and how there is an answer found in Jesus.
